A real estate company selling villas in the Or Akiva region, each priced at $1.3 million, sought assistance after unsuccessful campaigns with two previous agencies. Despite investing approximately $6,000 ($3,000 per agency), the company received an insufficient number of leads and achieved zero conversion.
A comprehensive analysis was conducted of the previous campaigns, including a day-by-day breakdown of statistics and performance dynamics, to identify past optimizations and strategic gaps. Based on the findings, as well as an in-depth study of competitors and the target audience, new lead generation campaigns were launched on Meta. These campaigns directed traffic to a custom-built landing page created specifically for this project, designed to showcase the properties in detail.
