One of the largest telecom, internet, and TV service providers in Israel collaborated with multiple lead suppliers. In this industry, the most critical metric is the lead relevance rate, as many individuals submitted their contact information solely to get a callback from customer support. Such leads were considered irrelevant and were not compensated by the company.

On average, only 50–60% of leads across all suppliers qualified as new customers. While this was acceptable for the company, it significantly increased the actual cost per lead for suppliers.
