Turon Telecom

One of the largest telecom, internet, and TV service providers in Uzbekistan collaborated with multiple lead suppliers. In this industry, the most critical metric is the lead relevance rate, as many individuals submitted their contact information solely to get a callback from customer support. Such leads were considered irrelevant and were not compensated by the company.

On average, only 50–60% of leads across all suppliers qualified as new customers. While this was acceptable for the company, it significantly increased the actual cost per lead for suppliers.

After analyzing the customer journey and adjusting the lead generation strategy, the relevance rate was increased to 97%. A wide range of tracking technologies was used, targeting various geolocations around the world and operating in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Filipino, Arabic, and others.
