V-Yam Villas in Or Yam, Israel

A real estate company selling villas in the Or Akiva region, each priced at $1.3 million, sought assistance after unsuccessful campaigns with two previous agencies. Despite investing approximately $6,000 ($3,000 per agency), the company received an insufficient number of leads and achieved zero conversion.

A comprehensive analysis was conducted of the previous campaigns, including a day-by-day breakdown of statistics and performance dynamics, to identify past optimizations and strategic gaps. Based on the findings, as well as an in-depth study of competitors and the target audience, new lead generation campaigns were launched on Meta. These campaigns directed traffic to a custom-built landing page created specifically for this project, designed to showcase the properties in detail.

Case Result
The client received 242 leads at a cost of $8.50 per lead.

Client’s Revenue
The client earned a total of $195,000 in commission, receiving 1.5% from each villa sold.

Bezeq & Yes

One of the largest telecom, internet, and TV service providers in Israel collaborated with multiple lead suppliers. In this industry, the most critical metric is the lead relevance rate, as many individuals submitted their contact information solely to get a callback from customer support. Such leads were considered irrelevant and were not compensated by the company.

On average, only 50–60% of leads across all suppliers qualified as new customers. While this was acceptable for the company, it significantly increased the actual cost per lead for suppliers.

After analyzing the customer journey and adjusting the lead generation strategy, the relevance rate was increased to 97%. The improvement was so notable that the company’s Chief Marketing Officer personally reached out to inquire about the lead generation methodology — though the specific strategy remained confidential.

Case Result
Leads were acquired at a cost of $7 and sold for $14 each.

Client’s Revenue
In this case, the client reduced the workload of the sales department’s operators and secured a consistent, uninterrupted flow of leads.

Delicatessen by Ruti Brudo

The leading luxury cafeteria chain in central Israel, offering exclusive products and ready-made cuisine, saw a significant boost in both online and offline purchases across all locations.

An advanced offline sales funnel was implemented by integrating conversion tracking through POS terminals connected to Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.

This approach led to a substantial increase in conversion rates within both B2B and B2C segments.

Additionally, there was a marked growth in sales of large catering sets exclusively for IT companies and a rise in the number of organized corporate events.

Case Result
Return on investment increased from 550% to 8000%.

Client’s Revenue
With an 8000% return on investment (ROI), it is evident that the client is generating substantial revenue. However, this information cannot be disclosed.

Indigo – USA Green Card Service

This case involved collaboration with a major company specializing in assistance with obtaining a U.S. Green Card. The advertising strategy spanned multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and others, with a total monthly budget of $450,000.

Lead filtering was implemented directly on the landing page, where users were automatically categorized based on their input into five types: “non-relevant,” “bronze,” “silver,” “gold,” and “diamond” leads. This classification determined the sales manager responsible and the specific funnel path the lead would follow.

A wide range of tracking technologies was used, targeting various geolocations around the world and operating in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Filipino, Arabic, and others.

Case Result
The cost of “gold” and “diamond” leads was reduced by up to 50%. Additionally, there was an increase in the number of leads from developed countries and individuals with high income levels.

Client’s Revenue
Calculating overall profitability is challenging; however, advertising campaign performance improved by 25% to 40% across all key metrics, positively impacting the company’s overall profitability.
